POWER PERMISSIONS: Luo Binghe has Dream Powers. These allow him to affect both his own dreams and those of others. He can control the environment of his own dreams, draw other people into his dreams, enter the dreams of others, and induce specific dreams in other people, including multiple other people at once even across significant distance. (They do have to already be asleep, though, he can't control that.) If you want to thread out a particular instance of Luo Binghe doing a dream thing to your character, I would love to talk about that :3 But if you want to just have him have peeked at your character's dream at some point without threading anything out, this post is For You.
